I Can’t Track My Shipment

If you are having trouble tracking your shipment and if your shipment is coming out of Australia
we will then send you an email with a tracking link so you can view the process of your parcel.

When will my package be delivered?

Depending on where your parcel is in tranzit from, it may vary. Here is an indicative delivery
timeline for your shipment after the first scan in Australia usually shown in our arrived hub.

Sydney 1-2 business days
Melbourne 1-2 business days
Brisbane 1-2 business days
Adelaide 2-3 business days
Perth 5-7 business days

If the delivery is outside of the metro area, delivery times may take longer than usual.

Why is my shipment taking so long?

How long does it take for my package to arrive from overseas to Australia?

International courier service from overseas to Australia typically takes about 4-6
working days, though it can take a bit more i.e. 6-8 working days if your parcel is

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

If you missed a package delivery from DTDC, We will typically leave a “Redelivery
Notice” to notify you that a parcel delivery was attempted.You could be notified by a
card left for you, an sms message on your mobile phone or an email however, we do
need to have the relevant information from the sender. Please respond to the
communications sent to you in regards to your parcel. If you are still unsure You can

My shipment is stuck on “out for delivery” what do I do?

DTDC ‘out for delivery’ shipment status means that your package has reached the hub that’s
closest to your location and that the courier will deliver either today or the day after. That doesn’t
necessarily mean that your package will arrive today. If your delivery location is outside of the
metro area it can take 1-2 extra days for the deliveries to arrive.

Will I pay extra if I miss my delivery?

Yes, if the delivery address is wrong or the package gets sent back to our depot. You have one
free re-delivery and after that a delivery charge will apply for the last mile only. For more

Shipper = Is a person or company or entity that is shown in all the shipping documents (bill of
